To use this service, you must apply through Express Entry Canada.
In general, all skilled workers seeking a Canadian skilled worker visa will have their qualifications and abilities assessed against a set of set criteria.
These elements may also improve a worker's prospects of acceptance and permanent residence in Canada.
The degree and type of education of the applicants, as well as their work history and language skills are decisive factors.

Below we will look at each of the subcategories and criteria for the above visas in more detail.

Canadian permanent resident visas are granted to qualified applicants who have expertise and skills, opening the door for them to apply for a work visa for Canada.

In fact, deserving employees are offered permanent residency status for themselves and their families, and as a result, each member of their family is granted the privilege of Canadian citizenship.

In fact, they are given the prerequisites to be able to enjoy all their citizenship rights, including free access to health care, education and other services, the ability to apply for a Canadian passport, and more.

Canada Visa through Canadian Experience

Using the Canadian Work Experience (CEC) program is one of the fastest ways to obtain permanent residence in Canada. This program is for people who have worked in this country and wish to immigrate to Canada permanently. More information about this program and the Canadian experience will be provided in the remaining sections of this article, along with information about applicant requirements and required documents.

In addition, we will review the scoring method of this program and the CEC migration process. If you want to know the advantages of this immigration route and immigrate to Canada permanently, do not miss the continuation of this post.

Another Express Entry subclass, the Canadian Experience Class (CEC), allows people with at least one year of prior work experience in Canada to apply for Canadian permanent residence.

As a result, people who entered Canada with a study visa and stayed there for at least one year after graduation, as well as people who entered this country with a work visa and have one year of work experience in this country (except Quebec) ), are eligible to apply for permanent residence in Canada through the CEC program.

Canada visa with technical and professional degree

People who have obtained an education equivalent to a postgraduate diploma in technical and professional fields and have graduated from technical and professional conservatories are eligible to immigrate with this degree if they have at least three years of work experience. Apply for a technical and professional visa from the day you receive your degree.

People who have a specialized job and are responsible in one or more areas - and of course have a degree - can immigrate to Canada using a vocational qualification. These people can get a Canadian visa with their technical and professional degree along with the usual requirements and documents.

Applicants who want to immigrate to Canada using this document should be aware of these factors in order to adjust their conditions to the country's conditions - and the high unemployment rate.

However, note that Quebec does not offer this program for those who want to immigrate to Canada with a technical or professional degree. If you decide to stay in Quebec, it is better to apply through the skilled labor immigration programs of this province.

Another expedited entry subclass aimed at attracting foreigners with the qualifications and work experience needed for technical and professional jobs in Canada is the Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP). This app uses points similarly and you have to collect the required number of points to participate in the draw pool.

The Quebec Experience Program (PEQ) is designed for foreign students who have graduated from Quebec or for temporary foreign workers who can quickly become Canadian permanent residents through this program.

Canadian visa in provincial immigration programs

Eligible workers can obtain Canadian residency under the umbrella of this program, known as the PNP, which is one way to invite skilled foreign workers to Canada under certain conditions. In fact, provincial governments immigrate through provincial programs for people who have the best conditions to fill the local labor market of the province and provide the necessary conditions for these people to obtain permanent residence in Canada. Based on publicly released numbers, more than 80,000 immigrants are expected to enter Canada this way by the spring of 2023.

Different immigration programs, called PNPs, are available in each Canadian province. Thanks to these initiatives and an agreement with the Canadian federal government, provinces have the option to choose and absorb their own immigrants.

A Canadian citizen or permanent resident who is 18 years of age or older can use a Canadian Sponsorship Visa to apply for Canadian permanent residence on behalf of their non-Canadian parents, grandparents, spouse, dependent children, adopted children or partner. Both sponsor and sponsor must meet program standards.

Since the Super Visa was launched in 2011, many foreign parents and grandparents have been granted long-term residency by the Canadian government. Families and communities across the country will benefit financially and socially from this issue. . For example, parents and grandparents can help with childcare while living in Canada, allowing working-age immigrants and citizens to participate fully in the Canadian workforce.

A separate agreement between the sponsor and the sponsor must be signed to ensure that the government knows its responsibilities well.

Please note that the sponsorship visa for Canada is different from the temporary super visa for Canada. Contact our experts or email us for this procedure info@visacanadia.com send a message.

If you are in any of the following circumstances you may not be able to sponsor a new person:

If you have already made a commitment and have not made it, you will not be able to sponsor the new person.
If the court has voted that you have not given alimony or child support, you may not be able to sponsor a new person.
You have committed a crime that is related to relatives or related to sexual matters and can lead to a crime depending on the type of crime you cannot sponsor another person.
If you have applied for a grant from the government for reasons other than disability. (Government loans and exchanges will not be a problem The Living Allowance here is welfare. That means if you've received a government grant other than welfare, it won't cause any problems with the sponsorship file.)
Also, if you have already sponsored someone and they have asked the government for financial assistance after entering Canada, you may not be able to sponsor someone else. Also in this case the government will require all the allowances given to the sponsor from the sponsor (trustee).

Sponsorship visa for the spouse

The plan aims to unite family members in Canada. The program allows Canadian residents or citizens to bring a spouse or partner (someone you have lived with for a year or more) to Canada.

The Immigration Service must confirm the conditions of the sponsor and the sponsor to obtain the visa.

To obtain a visa in this procedure the sponsor and sponsor must prove that they are in one of these conditions:

Spouse
Common-law Partner
Conjugal Partner

Canada also accepts each of the three conditions listed for homosexuals.

Difference between Inland and Outland sponsorships

If your spouse lives outside Canada, you are considered an outland applicant. In this case, you can live with your spouse for as long as your case is reviewed and travel to Canada after the final confirmation of both.

If your spouse lives with you in Canada, you are considered an Inland applicant. In this process, your spouse can obtain a work permit.

What happens after the submission of the spouse sponsorship case?

The review of the case begins when your case is presented in its entirety. If you have a evidence defect, the case will be returned to you.
As soon as the full case is received, it takes 12 months to review the case, which includes two or three months waiting for the Immigration Department to check for a defect in the documents.

As long as the case is reviewed, your spouse has 30 days to undergo fingerprinting and medical examinations. An in-person interview may also be requested.

Fortunately, Canada recently announced that it has increased its capacity to review family sponsorship cases.

Sponsorship visa for parents

Currently, for the sponsorship of parents and grandparents, applicants must register in the waiting system and wait to receive an invitation to action from the Immigration Department. If they receive an invitation they will have a 90-day deadline to submit the full sponsorship file. If they do not apply for an invitation letter this year, they will receive a letter asking them to declare their willingness to sponsor their parents the following year so that their case remains active.

People who wish to bring their parents or grandparents to Canada must either have permanent residence in Canada or have become Canadian citizens or have First Nations residency status in Canada. In addition, they must be over 18 years of age and have the financial means to support family members they intend to sponsor. Sponsors must prove that they have sufficient income to support themselves and all family members who are financially responsible. Therefore, it is better to do an arithmetic before the applicants submit their application and see if they have enough money to support their parents or their dear grandparents financially.

Minimum income for sponsorship Canada

One of the main determinants of being able to sponsor your parents is the minimum necessary Income (MNI). After you have declared your willingness to sponsorship through the online form, you must prove that you have a certain minimum income. But the application of selected applicants who are invited to submit an application will be rejected if they do not meet the main and key requirements of the minimum required income. Sponsors living outside the province of Quebec who are invited to submit an application must submit a tax audit notice from the Canadian Revenue Agency or Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) for each of the three tax years calculated immediately prior to the date of their application.

Immigration Canada has noted that since it is likely to receive many applications in January and February 2021, sponsors must be eligible for income requirements for 2020, 2019 and 2018. The Immigration Department has said sponsors can file their 2020 tax audit notice after submitting a sponsorship application. In the table below the amount of income of the applicant is presented in Canadian dollars just before the date of submission of the applicant's application in 2021:

Applicants living in Canadian provinces except Quebec

2018 2019 2020 The total number of people you're responsible for sponsoring
 40,379 41,007 32,899 2 Person
49,641 50,414 40,445 3 Person
60,271 61,209 49,106 4 Person
68,358 69,423 55,695 5 Person
77,095 78,296 62,814 6 Person
85,835 87,172 69,935 7 Person
8,740 8,876 7,121 For over 7 people plus each

Applicants living in Quebec

The province of Quebec instead of a three-year tax return, sponsorship applicants are required to prove financial support in the last 12 months. The Quebec Department of immigration will evaluate the income of people who wish to become sponsors of parents or grandparents living in Quebec based on the income conditions of the province of Quebec. Both the Immigration Department of Canada and the government of Quebec require applicants to sign a form. The form states how long the Sponsor will be responsible for the financial support of their family members from the time they become permanent residents of Canada. The financial support period for parents or grandparents for all Canadian applicants except those residing in Quebec is 20 years and in the province of Quebec is 10 years.

The minimum income of the Quebec resident sponsor to meet the needs of himself and his family members is given in the table below.

Minimum annual income total family members

Minimum annual income Total family members
24,296 Dollar 1
32,796 Dollar 2
40,49 Dollar 3
46,569 Dollar 4
51,829 Dollar 5

Applicants interested in sponsoring their parents or grandparents should also state the size and number of their family members to confirm that they are eligible for the minimum income requirement. The number of people who may be financially responsible includes the following:

The sponsor and the applicant
His wife.
Their dependent children
Dependent children of his wife
Any other person whose sponsor may have been sponsored in the past and who is still responsible for their sponsorship
Parents and grandparents the applicant intends to sponsor along with their dependents (spouse or dependent children)
Any dependent child who will not come to Canada along with their parents or grandparents
Father's wife / grandmother or father's wife or mother's wife, even if they don't come to Canada
Separated spouse of the parent / grandmother or separated spouse of the parent

asylum

If you are looking for asylum, Canada can be the best option. Compared to many other countries, Canada is a relatively good option for asylum. Refugees are warmly welcomed in the country. Since 1980, 1088,015 people have arrived in Canada as refugees.

Of course, rest assured! We do not in any way support immigration through asylum. Asylum is the last option for immigration compared to other ways. But hey, sometimes our only option is to make the last decision.

Who are the refugees?
Let's first define our purpose and learn who is eligible for asylum as well as what is a refugee.

The term "refugee" refers to a person who has left his country of origin due to justified fear caused by factors such as race, nationality, membership in certain social groups, having incorrect political beliefs, sexual orientation, etc. They are unwilling to return to their country and live there due to unpleasant experiences or fear of unpleasant events.

A person in need of support is a person currently residing in Canada who will face the risk of torture, cruel or abnormal behavior, or a threat to his life if returned, as defined by Immigration and refugee protection law.

Do they accept refugees in Canada?
Whether or not Canada accepts refugees has an easy solution. Yeah! We are all aware of this. As previously reported, since 1980, more than one million refugees have been welcomed and supported by Canada.

Asylum country is a country where asylum applications are submitted and accepted. The Geneva Convention, which is considered the cornerstone of international law, supports civilian residents of conflict zones in addition to drawing clear lines for hostile wartime activities. Canada is one of the countries that has ratified the Geneva Convention and strictly observes its provisions.

The country receives a significant influx of refugees every year, and their numbers are increasing. The number of recently accepted refugees is shown in the table below:

Year Number of refugees admitted Annual changes
2017 104,778 7.65 Percentage increase
2018 114,101 8.91 Percentage increase
2019 101,757 10.82 Percentage decline
2020 109,264 7.67 Percentage increase

Distinction between UN immigration and other forms of immigration to Canada
People who choose to immigrate through the United Nations differ from other immigrants in important ways:

Other immigrants choose Canada or their country to live in and may apply for residency and perhaps a Canadian passport.

Refugees and anyone who has been granted residency status by the United Nations are forced to make this decision and are not allowed to remain in their home country. As a result, they are given residency and make Canada their home by applying for asylum through the United Nations.

Refugee conditions in Canada
To enter Canada you must be introduced as a refugee. If you are eligible for asylum, then after applying, sponsors will come to you. But who are referred and who are eligible?

To consider asylum in Canada, you must fall under the refugee class of the overseas convention or the asylum country class.

Who can't take refuge in Canada?
If any of the following applies to you:

You are a resident of a nation that defends you.
You have another option that will protect you forever. (For example, if you are offered resettlement in another safe country, you will not be eligible to apply for asylum status in Canada.)
You do not face any danger by choosing to live in your country.
You left your country because it was no longer necessary.
You have subverted the law in a way that could jeopardize Canada's security.

The best asylum application in Canada
Asylum cases must be filed to grant asylum status in Canada. These situations can be very different. It is better to familiarize yourself with the types of these to choose the best case for asylum in Canada.

Various asylum cases include:

Religious asylum

Religious asylum is granted when a person changes his religion and as a result faces persecution and the imminent threat of his life. A person seeking religious asylum seeking immigration to Canada must prove this fact.

Political asylum
A person seeks political asylum when he has fled his country due to physical and/or psychological belonging due to belonging to certain political groups.

Anyone wishing to use this asylum must provide proof.

Sexual asylum
For those with sexually transmitted diseases or improper sexuality, life may be dangerous or impossible. Sexual asylum applications can be used to apply for Canadian residence in these circumstances.

Racial asylum
Certain people are persecuted because of their race. Especially if they are a minority in their country and their race is not the main race. If a person feels life and mental insecurity as a result of these harassments, they may use the racial asylum case to immigrate to Canada.

Social asylum
When a person is forced to leave his country because of social issues there, he chooses social asylum. These issues can include famine, conflict, etc. He must provide evidence that the issues he claims his nation has are real.

Only those who are in real danger and face persecution because of their disability should become refugees. The inspector who is responsible for reviewing your application will carefully examine any problems and identify applicants who have provided false information.

Canadian sponsor for asylum

You don't need to have a sponsor to apply for asylum. This means that unlike other methods of Immigration, you do not need to find a specific sponsor. If you are eligible for asylum, sponsors will contact you after completing their application.

As long as they can sustain themselves, the Canadian government supports and caters for refugees admitted through various programs.

How to get asylum in Canada
There are two ways to apply for asylum in Canada:

Applying for asylum at the Canadian border
You must be present for an interview to apply at the border. After that, you will be given application forms to fill out. The Immigration and asylum service must receive completed forms within 15 days.

Then, before holding a decision-making session, you must prepare and submit all relevant documents. Before ten days before the meeting, this must be completed. After one session, it usually takes between 45 and 60 days to request and respond. Then you can accept or reject the application.

Submission of asylum application to IRCC-immigration asylum and Citizenship Canada

Get forms by visiting the IRCC or immigration, asylum and citizenship. Forms are also available online in advance. Then finish and submit the forms. Then attend the qualification review meeting.

It takes 30 to 60 days to get admission. You will be given the date of review of the case, and 10 days in advance you will need to submit all supporting documents to this office.

Your application will be reviewed within 30-60 days, after which you will be notified of acceptance or rejection.

Is it possible to apply for legal asylum?
Most people smuggle themselves into Canada before applying for asylum and enter Canada illegally. These procedures are dangerous and can endanger you as much as your nation does.

There are safer and more authorized ways to enter Canada. The most typical and practical approach in the meantime, asylum is Canada on a tourist visa.

Asylum in Canada on a tourist visa

You can safely travel to Canada on a tourist visa where you can apply for asylum. A safe way is asylum with a Canadian holiday visa, but it has its drawbacks.

The drawback is that by obtaining a tourist visa, you have shown the Canadian government your desire to stay and travel to your country. This shows that your country is safe for your life and poses no threat to your security.

Applying for asylum is contrary to this claim and indicates that your intention was to deceive the Canadian government. If you don't have valid evidence to prove your risk, you're more likely to be rejected than people who risk illegal travel.

Refugee camps in Canada
Unlike other countries that camp their refugees for long periods of time, Canada does not have a refugee camp. If the country is granted asylum status, a person can receive housing.

Refugees are resettled and supported by asylum supporters as long as they can afford their lives. One of the key benefits of asylum in Canada is this. You are not allowed to stay in the tent.

Cost of asylum in Canada
No payments are requested from refugees who have settled in Canada. The federal government's temporary health program provides pre-arrival medical care coverage. After that, refugees pay 10% of the medical expenses that a Canadian pays.

For a full year, you will receive support in any way. Installation of telephone lines as well as household appliances, clothing and groceries. After that, the Selection will be made according to your requirement. You may need more help and be supported by private sponsors.

Naturally, do not forget! Living expenses alone do not include the cost of asylum in Canada. It is your responsibility to secure travel permits and pay for shipping to Canada.

As long as you are legally entering Canada, this is not a significant expense. When you decide to use smugglers to help you reach Canada, the plan becomes challenging. Usually, smugglers charge a heavy price for your transport to Canada.

The price of an immigration lawyer in Canada
A lawyer is usually not necessary. There is no need to hire a lawyer. However, if you are not familiar with the rules and complexities of the immigration process through asylum, the help of a lawyer can be useful to you. You can maximize your resources with the help of asylum lawyers. For more details it is best to speak to a Canadian immigration lawyer.

Depending on what services you need, the cost of an asylum lawyer in Canada changes. The following table shows the costs of the various services you may need to use:

Applying for an employment permit 250 / 500 Dollar
Applying for citizenship 500 / 1200 Dollar
Applying for a family green card 800 / 1500 Dollar
Applying for asylum 1000 / 3000 Dollar
Setting the program status 600 / 1200 Dollar
Defending deportation 2000 / 10000 Dollar

Pros and cons of asylum in Canada
The pros and cons of applying for asylum in Canada are subject to many misinformations. Public perceptions of Canadian asylum have been limited by the lack of adequate and accurate information.

It is best to find out the pros and cons of asylum before deciding whether or not to seek asylum in Canada. These advantages and disadvantages are listed in the table below and you can learn more about the specifications of the items listed below:

Benefits of asylum Disadvantages of asylum
Security There are many dangers.
Financial support The high cost of smugglers.
Living in a developed country Inappropriate treatment if the residence is illegal
Use of Canadian facilities and services Delay in receiving residency benefits
No need to master the language Problems with camp life
Quick accommodation if accepted Low chance of accepting a request.

Why are not all asylum applications answered?
As with other immigration processes, not all asylum applications are approved. Many will be rejected. These are the reasons for rejection:

False claim: sometimes people simply assume they are being bullied and are in danger.
Inability to support the claim: despite poor security in their home country, some people are unable to provide the necessary documentation.
With the aim of misleading, many people deceivingly claim to need asylum. For example, they claim to have changed their religious beliefs.

The intention to deceive not only leads to rejection of the application, but also to a fine. So the person can't apply for immigration to Canada any other way for the next time.

Look at the table below. It contains the number of people who have applied and agreed to or denied their application. As you can see the number of accepted applications is higher but the number of unaccepted applications is also significant:

Year Accepted requests Rejected requests.
2013 3064 2009
2014 7156 3961
2015 8596 4119
2016 9972 4821
2017 13,553 6223
2018 14,790 8759
2019 25,034 13,718
2020 16,209 7733

Pay close attention to the definition of asylum and only apply if you qualify. If there is no safety or life at stake, immigration to Canada is preferable to using other options.

If you meet the requirements, you are not just accepted. In fact, this is better for you in every way.

Many people have unrealistic beliefs about asylum and see it as an easy, fast and guaranteed way as a result of misinformation. It's the opposite. A refugee may need several years to build a prosperous and normal life for himself in Canada.

It's not easy to go through that time. It carries negative risks, problems, and psychological burdens, and usually leaves no pleasant memories. Most refugees are not happy about going through this period and do not feel good about it.

If you spend time and energy to provide for other immigration procedures, you will certainly be more successful. In addition, pleasant experiences will be remembered for you and your years of life will not be wasted in refugee camps.
